Full Itinerary
Day 1: Cusco – Calca – Lares Hot Springs (ATVs) - Cusco
This day begins with the pick up at your hotel at 6.30 am. We will leave the Imperial City of Cusco to head towards the Sacred Valley of the Incas, the trip will last approximately 2 hours until we reach the Willkapunku pass at 4600 meters above sea level where we will have our first stop and have 10 minutes to take photos. Then we go down by bus to Maucau where we can find the famous Puyas de Raymondi, we will make a small stop to visit this magnificent place and then go downhill until we reach the town of Lares. Once there, we immediately go to the hot springs of Lares located about 5 minutes from the town of Lares where we can enter the hot springs for a maximum of 2 hours according to biosecurity protocols. Once the relaxation in the hot springs is over, we will have a typical local lunch and then ride on ATVs with a 2-hour tour. We start the ride with the ATVs uphill to the Lares viewpoint where we can take photos with excellent views of the Lares Valley, from there we will leave for El Pedregal with white stones from the ancient Lalis (lares) a pre-Inca site where there are still some constructions. From there we have to return to the place where we started the tour, the entrance to the hot springs where the ATV ride ends.
From there we have two options, those who like can stay overnight in our camp on the banks of the river, to experience a quiet night and absolute silence and dawn with the soft noise of the water on the banks of the river, otherwise you can return to Cusco to your hotel.

Minimum booking size is two people; one person may book a group trek if Kimsa Expeditions is able to join that person with additional groups.
